Tracking Articles by Canine Training SystemsŪ
This set of trial tracking articles (1 leather, 1 cloth and 1 wood) is ideal for anyone teaching tracking in any discipline. These articles meet the criteria of the current IPO rules but can be used for Kennel Club tracking or any other discipline whether for sport or hobby.
These regulation IPO (Schutzhund) size articles (1/4" or thicker) meet the current rules and are used a number of our technical experts and their students. The rules for IPO tracking in particular state:
"Within any one track, articles different from each other must be used. Their color may not stand out considerably from that of the terrain and their size may not exceed 10-‐cm long by 4‐cm wide and 1‐cm thick. Size and material of the articles will be strictly enforced. Materials: Any reasonable material may be used as articles on the track, such as leather, wood, carpet or other biodegradable substances."
NOTE: each set contains 3 articles and will consist of 1 leather, 1 cloth and 1 wood article, however specific materials/appearance may differ from those pictured.
